The Granger Board of Adjustment shall have the following powers and it shall be its duty:
- To hear and decide appeals where it is alleged there is error in any order, requirements, decision, or determination made by the Zoning Administrator in the enforcement of the Zoning Code
- To grant a variation in the requirements of the Zoning Code
- To permit exceptions to the District regulations set forth in the Zoning Code
- To permit the extension of a District where the boundary line of a District divides a lot in a single ownership as shown of record
