Flag Football 1-2nd Grade Teams
Coaches Meeting is at the Granger Community Center Meeting Room on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at 7:00pm (1-3rd Grade Coaches)
-Coaches Meetings will be conducted after the deadline and will give the coaches sample lesson plans, game rules, and a sample playbook. They will also receive a bag with footballs and flags for their practices. Granger Parks and Rec ribbons will handed out the last day.
-Coaches will decide their weekday practice time/location/day during the coaches meeting. Practices can be set up at the Community Center Recreation Area or any other greenspace that is available.

|Times:||Grades 1-3: Practices for this age group are two times per week until the first game (decided by volunteer coach) and then once per week after the first game. |

No player requests will be granted to be on the same team unless the parents are coaching together (2 coaches per team). Please indicate this during registration.

Granger Parks and Recreation Director
|Description:||This program allows players to play in a recreational atmosphere supervised by parent volunteers. Scores will not be kept. Each game will consist of 2 20minute halves. Teams practice during the week (Grades 1-3) and then play their league games on Sunday afternoons. Players are assigned to a team randomly so no requests will be taken.|
