Twenty-five percent of Granger’s population is between age 35 and 54, while 32% of Granger’s population is under 19 years of age; 25% of the population is 20 to 34 in age, while 9% of the population in 55 to 69 and the final 9% of the population is 70 years and above. This trend of a younger population base would seem to be opposite of the larger Iowa aggregate.
