    1. Say Cheese Food Truck – request to waive time restriction on transient merchant license (Code Section 122.10 limits license to between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.) to allow service until 9 p.m.
    2. The Traveling Bean Co. Food Truck – request to waive time restriction on transient merchant license (Code Section 122.10 limits license to between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.) to allow service starting at 5 a.m.
  13. Action to approve the City Clerk to request reimbursement for eligible costs related to Derecho from FEMA in the amount to be determined
  14. Discussion and recommendation to Plan and Zoning Commission for recommendation on amending private swimming pool ordinance
  15. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance No. 393 – amending Code Section 41.12 – Fireworks, first reading
